With a 12 minute clock:

Run 1 mile,

Max KB Swings with remaining time

Rest 3 minutes

With a 9 minute clock:

Run 800m,

Max KB SDHP with remaining time

Rest 3 minutes

With a 6 minute clock:

Run 400m

Max KB Russian Twists with remaining time

If working with a partner, athletes will complete runs by alternating every 200m. For max reps portion, one athlete will work at a time.
