It works because it is a fitness program designed to be constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements. At CrossFit On the Brazos we hope to make working out fun, challenging and very rewarding!
ANYBODY CAN DO CROSSFIT!
We hear a lot from potential athletes that think they aren’t in good enough shape to do CrossFit but one of the great things about CrossFit is that every skill, movement or workout can be scaled, up or down, to accommodate athletes of all abilities!
A typical class at CFOB will be 1 hour and will consist of:
Strength or skill work
Accessory work or cool down
